TCA is a statewide association comprised of 15 sub-chapters in major cities across Texas.
TCA's MISSION"It is our mission to promote the culinary profession and make a positive impact for culinarians through education and certification; while creating a fraternal bond of respect and integrity among culinarians in Texas."
The purpose for which this Association was formed is to support our mission statement having the following purposes and objectives:
1. To interchange information and ideas among culinarians in the best interest of themselves and the culinary industry.
2. To promote the success and prestige of Chefs.
3. To aid and encourage the training and education of culinary personnel and to aid in the support of educational development.
4. To maintain high personal and moral standards.
5. To encourage the highest possible standard of all food served to the general public.
6. To provide opportunity for exchange of experience and opinions of Chefs through discussions, study and publications.
7. To advocate and encourage reciprocal cooperation and understanding among owners, management and culinary department employees.
8. To give back to the community through service to others.
